FOXSports.com has learned that Falcons quarterback Michael Vick has been informed that his punishment for making an obscene gesture toward Atlanta fans Sunday will carry a unique fine — $10,000 by the NFL and an additional $10,000 the league is requesting that Vick make as a donation to a charity of his choice. In the past, NFL had fined players $5,000 for similar behavior, so the $20,000 Vick will be asked to shell out represents a dramatic increase........
