Does the blackout affect Canada?

I am a season ticket holder (which means I did my part!) but I can't go this weekend, so I will be forced to watch the game at home on Sunday. I know the blackout affects the local "region" of Buffalo, but does anyone know if this region includes Ontario in Canada? Did anyone in Ontario get to watch the game last weekend?

Yes it does...I'm 2 hours from Toronto..can't see the games on TV when they are blacked out

it's a 75 mile radius of the stadium- if any portion of a station's range is within 75 miles of the stadium, it can't be shown.

So, it depends where your local station broadcasts from.

As far as I know it is a 100 mile radius from the stadium. My home is something like 96 miles so I'm affected but if I go to a bar outside the radius I usually get it.

I am not sure about this but it only stands to reason the blackout is based on regional broadcast maps not mileage. Local cable companies, all regulated by different state laws, are going to determine how they define their regional broadcast areas.

If thats the case, it's news to me. Last week at the Bills backers bar it was blacked out and a bar down the road had the game.
