A few highlights:

In hindsight, the O-line change helped the offense.
The offensive approach has changed. More screens, short drops and quick passes.
He seems to like the passion of Bills fans, but some go too far when they get in your face.

Notes:

They've beeen trying to perfect the game in practice and it's showing onthe field by making the big plays on Sunday

The team looks at you differently when things aren't going right but now there's a level of confidence in the locker room that's transfering on the field

The confidence from the coaches has changed in him as they are allowing him to call the plays in the 2 minute drive.

Changes in the O-line have changed the game plan in the pastfew games as they are playing a shorter quicker game mixing it up with screens and long balls

When asked about respect for other QBs such a Favre, he tries not to get caught up in the awe factor and focus's on being the better QB no matter who the opposition is and he stays on the sidelines talking to the team working out the game plan and he tries to be the best QB every sSunday

On the roller coaster ride he's had in B-lo:
He's trying to keep positive by focusing on the good weeks and remaining cool. He knows there are going to be good weeks and bad weeks. He did avoid the issue of being benched last season by saying there will be good weeks and bad weeks. Hopefully from here on in there will be more good weeks.

On playing in Buffalo:
He knows that B-lo lives and dies by their team and that it's the most passionate city he's ever seen inthe league. Whn you are winning and making the right calls, they love you but when you are losing and making stupid mistakes the fans in Buffalo will get in your face and tlet you know their thoughts. They (Bills fans) are also not affraid to give you advice on plays. Everyone will let you know what to do. He admires the passion Buffalonians have and wants to put the Kelly days behind Buffalo with playoff runs in the next couple of years.

Baby steps pal...

just remember we were all content to see some form of improvement this season - well, we've seen it - a lot of it quite frankly - we've already matched last season's win total.

Yeah, the playoffs would be great, but I'm even more happy that it's the arm of JP that will more than likely be taking us there (even possibly this year).

i loved when he was talking about how incredibly loud the place was last sunday... i wonder if he was thinking about the rockpile and the 2 false starts on the jag's last drive?

I guess he didn't want to jinx the team by saying they would try to do a playoff run this year
