was outstanding!!!! Compared to his 1.3 qb rating today. It was actually 0.0 after 3 quarters. And they won by 10. Amazing what great D and special teams can overcome!!

Grossman is an ass.

I played him instead of Pennington. All week the 'experts' talked up Grossman vs. the Vikings pass defense and how the Jets would struggle in Green Bay,

Is this possibly the lowest rating of a winning team QB?

It almost has to be

He came into this year with 6 career stats, so lighten up guys. He's still basically a rookie.

I was simply pointing out that horrendous QB play can be overcome. And for the record, he is SUCKING worse than any rookie QB playing right now but his team is winning so who cares

The bears are not going to beat any real good teams, no way.

I'd still bench his ass. Kyle Orton or Brian Griese can't be this bad. I remember Griese sucking, and Orton being a non-factor, but your defense can't carry you all season - especially in the playoffs like this.

Well lets just safely say he didn't do well today.

Nope!

On 9/29/74 the Bills beat the Jets 16-12. Joe ferguson had zero completions with 2 attempts. Namath was 3 of 8 for 33 yard with 3 ints. The game had 40 mph+ winds.

My Mom and Dad were at that game.

Fergusons would have been 0.0.

Not sure about Joe Willie.

according to this site http://home.new.rr.com/rosslahaye/, ferguson's rating would have been 39.58. i think it's right, cause grossman's calculates out to be 1.32, which is dead on. so i think you might still have some searching to do dr!

get some Weber's for Lecter's spam.

what's weber's? also, i don't think he's spamming. at least he's trying to provide something interesting, and then i'm responding saying he's wrong...isn't that what message board life is all about? it doesn't mean his posts are worthless.

Keep in mind that Grossman plays in the atrocious NFC. That's almost like playing in NFL Europe compared to being an AFC team.
