I want Nance back :(

Nance apparently couldn't do much once the hitting started. What about Wilson? :idunno:

But 6'5 and a rookie, he could have learned.

I don't think Joe Horn ever ran a 4.3 40.

Yeah, is George still around? I still think he could be useful.

I have no idea. They are both 6'1" but the new kid can run.

George Wilson is on the PS, listed at 6.' Bergeron is lested there as 6'2" I don't know why there's a discrepancy but it's no big deal. 4.3 speed and over 6' is a pretty big deal. Apparently he's got good hands too, or he would not have been that productive in the AFL. No idea if he can run routes though.

It will be interesting to see how his story ends. He could be a superstar in five years or wash out of the league without any notice. Maybe training camp next season will tell us something.

I like the addition. I wanted the bills to grab this guy right after the draft.

Only 190 pounds...Doesn't that seem kind of light for a guy who's 6'2" ?

The Bills could really use a tall receiver. Maybe if he put on 10-15 pounds, he would really have the opportunity to make this team.

Oh well, I'm sure the coaches will think of something.

By the way, Sam Aiken still sucks.

Why? Any pre-draft write-ups on him?

Of course. He runs a 4.3 and broke records, even if it was the arena league. If former arena league players such as orande gadsen had the chance to make an nfl roster, so could he if he worked hard enough.

He could be a viable replacement for Andre Davis next season.

A dog would be a viable replacement for Andre Davis. Fast staight ahead speed. About the same hands. Production wouldn't exactly tail off.

Davis has been an excellent ST'er. So has Aiken. The problem is that's ALL they add to the team, which is important, but uses a valuable roster space. I think Davis is only signed for 1 year anyway, so he's likely gone next year.

Good luck to the kid...I hope he makes it.

It would be a great story and fitting that it would be as a Buffalo Bill. He needs to get rid of that ghetto-fabulous goatee, though.

It'll remain to be seen if this guy might actually be a good pickup. He's probably very raw, but in Atlanta, he had alot of high picks to compete against: Ashley Lelie, Michael Jenkins, Roddy White. Don't know too much about Adam Jennings (4th string) but the other 3 are pretty high calibre that would be hard for someone with little NFL experience to compete against. Here he might have less competition. As Price gets older, he'll slow down and without speed will be useless to us. Andre Davis and Sam Aiken strictly help on ST and we could probably let one or even both go. Reed has been doing decent, but I wouldn't be upset if we brought in someone with speed who can also catch to replace him - as it is, Reed isn't in often anyway. Our only definites are Evans and Parrish at the WR position. I'm hoping that Wilson steps it up next year to make the lineup. And if this kid works hard...who knows...maybe he can barely make the lineup too. A little work on gaining a little weight, and work on STs might take him pretty far on getting the opportunity to make our team!!!

But I like that the FO are targeting speedsters for JP to have weapons! Imagine if this kid eventually pans out and we have 3 receivers on our roster with 4.3 speed...
