Im not sure if he's from there. Most coaches move around alot so Im guessing Ice is not from Tulsa.

ICE has been to games before. He went to an opener in Buffalo (2005 or 2004) and I know people who sat with him in Minnesota. I am not saying he was cheering for Bills though but as it is evident on this board Bills "fandom" has a broad definition at least on boards.
