Rogers Center (formelly Sky Dome) in Toronto was the first retractable roof, and TO gets a lot of snow in the winter.

The inside of it looks amazing, 80-100K people.....thats insane. Big Screens that are 60 yards wide.......thats a hell of a stadium!

Rogers Center (formelly Sky Dome) in Toronto was the first retractable roof, and TO gets a lot of snow in the winter.

Sky dome is the worst stadium I have ever been to. Especially for baseball.

It's pretty insane, but the one thing I've noticed... the nicer the stadium, the more ammenities, the less interested the fan base.

When I went to the Mavs/Spurs game it was billed as the "biggest game in the league". You wouldn't have known from the crowd. They were so disinterested in the game because they had so many other things to focus on, it takes away from the game IMO.

The higher prices also push-out the average fan and lead to more tickets being sold to businesses, who give the tix to workers, clients, etc.

It's a nice stadium. I can't wait till they have to sell 100,000 tickets each week when they start sucking again. Not that it will affect "America's team". ****ers!
