So, is there tampering with college players?
Heres what I mean.
I just was checking out a draft site that says Brian Brohm is back tracking about staying for his senior year. It makes you wonder why.
I know theres a commitee that tells each prospect where they would likely go.
BUT,
Can an NFL team promise they will take a player with a likely high pick BEFORE he declares, BEFORE the combine?
And if that player has crappy workouts, or a bad combine day(s), have the team skip him completely.
So, a player opts for the draft based on an NFL teams verbal promise and then gets screwed by that team either due to bad workouts or just because?
