yeah, since the cost of living is SOOOO cheap around here....

I don't like revealing personal financial info on here, but sometimes I want to post what we paid for our townhouse in Alexandria and what it's worth now just to see people's reactions.

My modest Florida salary will buy me a very large Buffalo house when I move back next year. It's impossible for me to buy a house down here, I can't even afford an apartment that is being sold as a "condo" and can barely afraid rent in an apt in probably buy one of the mansions on Delaware lol
