All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

New Online Ticket rule - need to print out tickets
New Online Ticket rule - need to print out tickets
The Buffalo Bills may have shut out the Miami Dolphins this past Sunday, but thousands of fans were in no mood to cheer. The ticket line at the box office was so long, some fans didn't get into the stadium until halftime. Because of Sunday's problems, the Bills have implemented a new rule. If you buy tickets on-line within ten days of the game, you have to print them out yourself and cannot pick them up from the Will Call window.
Re: New Online Ticket rule - need to print out tickets
Yeah, but don't they tack on a few more bucks in service fees to print them yourself too? Ticket companies are such a rip off with their extra charges!

You obviously haven't known JFreeman long enough to realize that he's the king of driving everything directly in the ground in approximately 20 minutes or less!

I think it's like an extra 1.75 but I'd rather pay it than waste time at a will call window, or wait for them in the mail. The real rip off is the convenience
charge from TicketMaster. They blow.

But people in this area can't afford an extra $1.75! This is a poor area!

I am sick of talking about it. Enjoy the team fellas.
yeah...they didn't want to pay for the staffing to get people their tickets and the penalty is now they can spin in an upcharge that saves them ever having to pay for that staffing. What a joke.

Order online and then go pick them up BEFORE game day
that will not be an option because it would mean they have to staff the box office better. It will be mandatory that you print them out and there will be mandatory charges for printing them out despite the fact that it's a cheaper delivery method. This is a scam to generate an extra 100K in revenues and limit expenses.
