They have pretty similar stats, but objectively, don't you think Lee Evans should have gone over Andre Johnson?

Why? Johnson had more exposure early in the year. Lee will get his shot next year.

Lee will have his time. I honestly feel he didn't make it because not many know about him yet. If he did ******ed td dances be would he a household name by now.

Lee should have more exposure right now considering buffalo has a better record over houston and buffalo's qb spot has been making headlines lately. Nobody really cares about david carr except talk about how awful his play has been lately. I know Lee will get his shot, but I thought he should have made it over AJ.

Doesn't Johnson have damn near 100 catches already? That's probably why he made it over Evans.

It's a popularity contest. You guys do understand that right?

Lee Evans is a world class reciever and human being from what we know on many levels, all dogs have their day.

Yah there's your reason right there. Reason 1a actually. Reason 1b is like Billzz said, popularity contest. I didn't think Andre Johnson was very popular though...

It's about name recognition, y'all.

Andre Johnson is one of the best young Football players out there right now, lets not take anything away from him. he did all that without a stud like losman throwing to him. he earned his trip to hawaii.

I'd say Andre deserves to go...but I'd put Lee in over Reggie Wayne and here's why
Reggie Wayne has Marvin Harrison on the other side...no way can you cover both of them well
Lee has Peerless and Josh Reed platooning at the #2 WR position

I'm not saying Reggie isn't deserving...but I think Lee is more so

Bills cant even sell out their home games while making a playoff push and the fans cant even click for cans how do you expect them to vote for tehir players ??

fans only count for 1/3 of the vote...so that's not a strong argument, IMO

Andre Johnson was a very high draft pick and a much better known commodity...Both are great players but when in doubt the more popular one will get chosen...The other day on the Charlotte sports radio station they were just gushing over Lee Evans, saying he is by far the best WR no one knows about. They also were talking a lot of praise for JP and the rest of the Bills (this was before the fins game as well)

I'm hoping that was a slip of the keyboard in saying that Evans has a stud like Losman throwing to him.

Johnson deserved to be in the probowl over Evans. Frankly I could care less about the probowl. Ruben Brown made it for years among others who didn't deserve to be there. It's a boring game and the only thing a probowl does is fill up a players resume for when he becomes a free agent to hype up the player.

Yeah, but Andre has a legitimate #2 WR taking pressure off of him. Lee Evans doesn't have this same luxury.

WRs are always hurt ... Lee will get in.

If he keeps it up, Evans will be booking a lot of trips to HI.

If you're not making a name for yourself by catching 70+ td bombs, then I don't know how you do it.

He and Chaz are the most gifted receivers in the AFC.

Its a typical Buffalo snub.

Some of you care too much what the media says. Sounds like you care more about recognition than winning.

Evans will have 1500 yards receiving next year if he stays healthy. He'll be a shoe in then.

LE - 70 Receptions, 1083 Yards, 6 TDs

I'd take Lee's numbers over Johnson's.

Lee's got a higher average per catch and one more TD.

I voted for:

Lee Evans
Jason Peters,
Aaron Schoebel,
Brian Moorman,
London Fletcher,
and yes, J.P. Losman.

I know Losman wasn't quite deserving of it this year, but right now, the way he's playing - if he can keep this level up, he will definitely be deserving next year.
