Gunzlingr of the sexy *****es will be penalized for editing a thread at 11:01pm eastern...immediately after the chalenge had begun.
Gunzlingr will be penalized by not being allowed to vote when his team votes next time.

I guess the rules don't matter at all then. Not allowing him to vote does not penalize them at all.

I found it Clump it's there right now. That does not change the fact that they clearly broke the rules and they are not being made to pay. This is not whining. *****es broke the rules that's all there is to it.

We've had bad breaks go against us as well.. you told us to "DEAL WITH IT".. take your own advice..
Gunz may have edited it but he didn't edit your smilie therefore you've got nothing to complain about..

MAY...i have authority to call it as I see fit, and since it didn't sirectly affect the outcome of the game, that's the penalty I impose! :maggie:
We are not the benefactors of any decisions by LOG. We have found rule violations and LOG has made the right decisions to support the rules. I guess *****es haven't learned their lesson and LOG has taken pity on them. That doesn't mean it's right though.

I only recognized one also.......my smiley was added after the game was over. I went over page 4 twice......every thread!!

I edited it and :angry:ed (sorry team- thought some privy info would fall into the wrong hands I wasnt thinking), but it didnt handicap you in any way: see LOG's decision on the Scramble challenge. Also SoCal didnt vote in one of your councils, and was not penalized at all.
I agree clump that smile was not in that thread the two times I looked at it either.

If someone doesn't vote, the only penalty is making that public knowledge that that person didn't vote.
There is no rule saying there will be a penalty for not voting.
Face it guys...you are being shown favortism on this rule because you are behind.

Some of us do have jobs, I happen to be in a slow time of year, but there are times when I have customers. I read the rules in haste, and misinterpreted them. I am being punished (as there are only 4 SB votes next time). End of Story.
Sounds like you should read the rules more carefully Gunz.
