Yeah, because changing coaches every year will help the team.

I agree he was outcoached at the end there, but they wouldn't have been in this position without decent coaching at times.

I like Jauron. He made the best of what he had to work with. I think he has the team heading in the right direction. I haven't felt that way in 7 years.
