19-33, 266 yards, 1 td 2 int= QB rating of 68.5
Not very good but I have certainly seen worse. Sadly. Argh.

Obviously you watched the game. :hi5:

Considering the amount of time that his line didn't get him and the **** playcalling, I thought JP played a pretty decent game.

One int was a frigging lucky tip by a defender whose back was turned and the other was the last play of the game. Other than those, he didn't make any mistakes.

That INT at the end was just a throw downfield and hope it gets caught by our guys. I wouldn't count that against him.

Yep. Although I don't blame the playcalling or line either. They were good. We put up 29 points without getting any turnovers.

29 points is good, but it was 5 ****ing field goals. That's crazy. The offensive line couldn't give him the time on the 3rd downs and that hurt and they just gave up in that final drive. :(

The only difference I see between SAB 'hating' on JP and others 'hating' on Jauron, McGahee, Royals, the o-line, the play-calling, etc is at least he's consistent.

Nobody had a great game yesterday, and everybody deserves part of the blame...some more than others.

It was a piss poor throw and decision when there was 50 seconds left and the Bills only needed 5 yards for a 1st down.

actually, you are the one who blames the losses on Losman alone never mentioning that the run D or OL is also to blame.

let it go. Flutie will NEVER returnto the NFl or especially the bills. Flutie mania died a long time ago. The sooner you realize that, the sooner it'll clear things u for you.

The JP Count now stands at:

Six good games
Three bad
Six mixed/incomplete. This is where I put the Titans game (mixed) because he didn't play a bad game, made some good plays, but it wasn't good enough.

Tell who was even close to being open on that side of the field?

Tell me who he should have thrown it to.

Tell me what other options he had.

C'mon. Spit it out.

I tell you what. I'll tell you. There was nobody open. The best (and only option) was to throw it up for grabs. It was 4th down. Maybe he could have Holcombed and threw it three yards, but there was nobody there anyway.

All you do is try and pick apart the guys perfromance. You love to find fault with everything he does. Everything. Even when fault is not there.

JP didnt have a bad game at all, he didnt have a great one (I agree with philagape on mixed). His Oline did well at times and some times provided no blocking but Im not going to lambaste them like Mikey did, I thought he had pretty good overall protection, which was consistently over 3 seconds, but there was about 3 times in the 2nd half, where he had zero time.

He is still raw, but he is improving, still aways to go, but its all mental. He is still not reading defenses like he needs to be, he also still lets his emotions get the better of him. His hot routes and audibles are still behind the curve, but not as bad as early in the year. He is still occasionaly locking onto his primary receiver but he made a marvelous look off on our last drive to fake the screen the Evans and then whip it the other way to McGahee for 15.

Overall for the season Id give him a: B-

It will be real telling to see how he plays in a game that means nothing. I want to see him show up.

And another thing... Why was there no interference call for knocking Josh Reed to the ground on that last play?

Thats a good point, Evans was just standing there in the back of the endzone, didnt even try and come back.

But thats all aside the point because we never should of ran that play with a minute left, WE ONLY NEEDED 5 YARDS!

defending against TWO offensive INT's,they were forced extra time on the field and didn't perform as well.

Come on SAB... You know full well that that 2nd INT had no impact what-so-ever. Time to make your decision dude... JP or no! It would be great to have you onboard.

I promise you'll get no "I told you so" from me.

Tsk. Tsk.

The second int only resulted in about 30 seconds of the defense being on the field.

Don't twist data like the Bush Administration. although you would fit in well with them.

Furthermore, a real defense would have created a turnover or two themselves.
