17:53 PT: Updating previous reports, the Washington Post reports the Washington Redskins pursuit of free agent WR Raghib Ismail (Cowboys) ended abruptly on Tuesday when he told the team he plans to retire. Ismail missed all of last season after undergoing surgery in August for a neck injury.

Redskins will sign Boston before going after Price, they have come out saying they have "no interest" in price.

Boston has stayed in San Diego an extra night to see if they can begin negotiations on a contract. Once Boston is off the market then multiple teams will be interested in Price (Cardinals, Falcons, Redskins, Reavens, etc). Don't think TD doesn't know this...
