What the ****!?!? He was a pretty good player too. This is horrible. The kid was my age and just starting to develop into a good player. Why the hell did someone have to end him life?

I had him as my star CB in BZFL too.

Mikey, sad thing is that's the first thing I thought of when I read this news. I wasn't sure if he was on my team or not but I am glad he isn't. I wonder how Eb will treat his cap numbers for the remainder of his contract for you.

Broncos CB Williams Killed by Drive By

Team spokesman Jim Saccomano said police called him about 3 a.m. from the scene of the shooting and told him three people had been shot and that Williams had been killed.
A little after 2 a.m., a white Hummer limousine was sprayed with bullets from a vehicle that pulled up along its side, said Sonny Jackson, spokesperson for the Denver Police Department.

the 24-year-old Williams finished the season with 88 tackles, 78 of them solo, and four interceptions.On Sunday against the 49ers, he had three tackles and returned two punts for 50 yards before leaving the game with a shoulder injury late in the second half.

Sad news though, some people are just so thoughtless with there actions.

It's amazing how much effect that BZFL has on me. Whenever a player went down with an injury this year, I immediately checked my roster. And now this, I knew I had him because I drafted him in my first ever BZFL rookie draft. I don't have to worry about his cap either because he only had a one year deal.

It is sad news though. I was just watching him today and he made some big plays in the game.

That's a shame. The guy was just starting his career. Like someone said before, maybe somone took denver not making the playoffs a little too seriously.
