Besides playoffs of course... is I definitely want, at the very least, a 6-2 home record. All great teams have several things in common, but one that I think is very noticeable is that they win their home games. The Ralph has not been a house of horrors for opposing teams since it was Rich Stadium. That has to change.

Good plan. I'm not in Buffalo, and was kind of sad to see the stadium empty for the Titans game. I know the Bills aren't SuperBowl contenders or anything, but what else is there to do in Buffalo besides watch the Bills and Sabres? Is the lack of interest in the Bills from Buffalonians really because the Sabres are doing so well? -
