His current $4 million-plus salary is about half that of Mike Holmgren, whose Seahawks lost to the Steelers in the Super Bowl last season. If the Panthers don't go deep into the playoffs next year, I 100% agree. Not because I think Fox sucks, but because Cowher is better and will be living in Carolina.

And then if Dick fails to bring us to the playoffs again we can hire Fox like we should have from the beginning. :D
