Is it me or does it seem like things are just falling into place for TD? :)

hey, I like Price too but sometimes you need one casualty for the benefit of 80,000 happy fans. This is great news.

That sounds like Atl will now need to focus on Price.

Does anyone here wonder why Price is not scheduled to interview with other teams after he met up with the Falcons? Hmmm.

I hope Td is has a royal flush.

Don't forget L Coles! That is there #2 and then Boston was the #3. We are not out of the woods yet but it looks good!

Voltron, Coles will also cost the Falcons a 1st round pick. He got a 1st round tender from the Jets.

If the Falcons want a big play WR. There only sure shot is Peerless. That is the beauty of this whole situation.

Romes I realize that Coles is RFA. So it comes down to who they want more. I would guess Price but you never know. They could give away a first rnd pick but pay coles less and save some cap room. Man I love this time of year! :D

The Jets should match anyone bidding for Coles because Coles will still be cheaper than Price. Coles however is not the speedy wr that Atlanta needs. The faster the Falcons can get a wr down the field , the less scrambling Vick will need to do.

Don't forget with the signing of Boston to SD imminent that this also opens up teams hoping to sign Boston needing a WR. Baltimore and Arizona now might enter the bidding process or face going into 2003 without a quality receiver or go for Dyson. Washington was hoping for Rocket Ismail but with him retiring know need a WR. To me the price of poker just went up.

Good, good, good! I like Price as a player too, but it's clear he's all about "ME" and there comes a time when "ME" gets in the way of team.

Let him go to the Falcons where he is overshadowed by Vick. He'll never make a Pro-Bowl with Vick scrambling around all the time :snicker:

Yeah, this is the best news EVER!!! Price is #1 on the Falcons radar. They have Coles #2. BUT, they would need to give up a first rounder for BOTH players. Come on TD. The cards in your hands have just got better. Go for the Royal Flush!

imagine if we trade price.. we have money to sign adams, spikes and then a free 5 mill to spend on more people.. maybe sammy knight or hugh douglas

Don't worry about Coles. The Jets have the right to match any offer and they have made it clear they will if you are to believe the NY papers

Great news...means we have a better shot at unloading Peerless with more teams trying to pry him away from us.
