    Bills Coaching Staff

Any news on what coaches are staying? Personally, I think they did a very good job overall and would like to see them all come back. Ralph even went as far as saying Dick Jauron is the second best coach in Bills history. We all know who #1 is. Anyone hear anything about any of the coaches? Which ones would you get rid of? Which ones would you make sure we keep?

    Ones we should keep:

    1. Dick Jauron
    2. Perry Fewell
    3. Bobby April
    4. Turk Schonert
    5. Steve Fairchild

I'm on the mend with Jim McNally. He is one of the most respectable OL coaches in the league, but I think he saved his job by agreeing to shuffle up the OL at midseason.

It's rare that they dump assistant coaches when the head coach sticks around...I forsee no changes

That's not true. It seems to be happening every year now with a bunch of teams.

I agree. I would say the only reason one of our coaches would leave is for a promotion or better opportunity elsewhere.

Bobby April is going to be offered a HC position in a year or two.

April is a good coach, but our special teams definitely had an off year, in my opinion. I think that will slow down the hype for him.

LOL I bet Dan Synder is glad as hell now that he paid a boat load of money for Manboobs and his 30th ranked defense.

And how about that genius Al Saunders for their offense?

I'd like to see a Running Backs coach who could get Willis to play with fire and intensity, but I'm afraid that would take a cardiac surgeon to give him a new heart.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

I respect your opinion, but HOW? Lindell has showed great strides and is a very good kicker, despite his decision to shy away from that kick, and Roscoe returned very well. Moorman once again dominated the punting game, nearly breaking records. We had a block or two on punts. McGee did have a down year, but overall, I see our special teams as having another stellar year.

I agree. Lindell has been unreal this season (and is why he got a 5 year extension) and Moorman was named to the Pro Bowl and All-Pro team. That's a pretty "decent" special teams in my book.
