Buffalo Powerplay

I don't like the new configuration that Lindy has with the PP. They need to get Briere and Drury back in the left circle area and Campbell back on the point. Drury is going to get killed standing in frnt of the net. They generated more shots last night compared to what they have been doing lately but a lot of them were from the outside and stopped easily by the goalie. They need to go back to what they had before and just work harder and do the little things better. Campbell and Spacek especially need to pick up their play on the PP, they have both been a little too complacent there lately.

the power play looked improved yesterday but still not good enough.

They weren't shooting from the outside enough and when they did, it was on terrible angles through traffic.

Ok, Let's think about this. When you STAND in front of a target someone is trying to HIT, chances are you MIGHT get hit. Drury got hit in the knee and chest on that exchange. Spacek has a ****ing rifle and needs to use it. It his fault because Drury was standing where he was aiming? Problem with Zhithnik is that he always head hunted. His shots were too high and wide all the time.

The PP is cold, Yes, but I would rather it be cold now and watch it gradually come around and be SMOKING in the playoffs, especially if 19 comes back.

The Sabres PP is not being coached correctly and the players also aren't moving their feet. They need to stop trying to make the perfect play and play a "crashing the net" style of PP to have success. They freakin' make the lowly Leafs look good.
