its a little old. The date on it is February 28th, a lot has happened since then.

It is possible that the numbers on ESPN are correct. I have us at $7.8 mil under but that does not include the 2002 NLTBE bonus money cap and other adjustments the league does every year.

I keep reading that they're "approximately" 7mil under. So, Eb, while your figure is probably a little high, I think you're probably closer to the correct number. 6.3 is "approximately" 6, not 7. Good Work!

I've already included a $1.25 million NLTBE for 2003.....can't be much more than that cuz Bills don't have too many players with big incentive laden deals
