    Fairweather Bills fan

This new guy started working in my lab earlier in the week. the first night he was here, I was wearing a Bills shirt. He saw my shirt and asked me if I was a Bills fan. After I tell him that I am, he says to me "I used to be, but not anymore. I stopped liking them after they broke my heart so many times". I wanted to say F you, we dont need fans like you.

I'm sure he was a big steeler fan this year since they won it all last year.

I ran into a guy like him in at the Bills-Ravens game in Baltimore. I think he was from Cheektowaga, grew up a Bills' fan, moved to the Baltimore area and became a Ravens' fan.

I've lived in 5 different states, plus the Albany area, since leaving WNY and I've never even considered rooting for any team but the Bills.

I don't understand people who switch.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

                    Me neither.

I was the only Bills fan down in fishville, and I was proud of it.

Especially when we would whip their asses.

Who cares, dont hang out with him or watch the games with him.

I know who a guy who claims to be a huge Bills fan but hasnt watched a game in years.

As far as Buffalonians who move to other areas I dont see anything wrong with rooting for the team in that area as well.

Having your team break your heart is one of the great parts of sports! I wouldn't mind if the Bills won every single year, but it's funner being the fan of the underdog than the favorite. Less bandwagon pussies (see Dallas, Pittsburgh, etc.), and you keep your soul.

I'll always be a Bills fan. If the franchise collapses and the team is forced to move away, I'll quit watching pro football altogether.

I will never, I repeat, never, be a Falcon fan. As long as I've lived here, my hatred for the Falcons increases with every passing year. You want to talk about fair weather fans. This fan base here would all but disappear when thier beloved Falcons start having consecutive losinig seasons like they're known for having.

This is the problem with Society today. INSTANT GRATIFICATION! I was at Superbowl 25, sitting where Norwood was kicking. My wife thought he made it but I was watching the Jumbo-tron. It still hurts but that doesn't keep me from being a fan. The guys a dick!
