If they hire Chan, Mularkey may still be Offensive Coordinator!

Chan Gailey is one of the 4 finalist for the Miami Head Coaching job. Right now, it looks like he may be their man. They may be waiting until the recruiting finishes for GT to announce that he will be the next HC. Chan Gailey has ties too all the Miami coaches from his previous stints in the NFL..

The Dolphins just signed Capers to become the highest paid defensice coordinator. He has former ties with Chan.

Mike Mularkey was the TE's coach in Pittsburgh when Chan was the offensive coordinator.

Chan coached Jason Garrett when he played for Dallas.

Chan also coached with Hudson Houck when the two were in Dallas.

Chan has also coached with Mel Phillips in Miami.

Looks like we won't be known as the Buffalo Steelers. It looks like the Dolphins will soon be known as the Miami Steelers since most of the staff is from the former Steelers team. The topping on the cake would be if Miami hired Tom Donahoe.

I think that Chan Gailey might be a perfect fit for them, quite honestly. He has an amazing amount of potential and unfortunately, he's a very likeable guy.

Shouldn't you be worring about why your team finished the season 27th in passing and 28th in rushing instead of bashing a guy who did a better job when he was with the Bills? Someday you'll wake up and realize, it's the talent not the coaching in Buffalo.

If you think Mularkey is a good coach then you are truly showing your lack of football knowledge!

Man, if Miami hires Chan Gailey for their HC we're done. The AFC East will be dominated by the Dolphins for years to come. I know that when Gailey coached in Dallas it was the best years ever for the Cowboys. I hear Jerry Jones still calls him trying to get him to coach there again.
