I admit I was not a big supporter of this defensive scheme with the mixed results the bills got using it, but after seeing the two superbowl teams make it to the big one using the same defensive scheme, it gives me hope that the bills can be successful using it. Many thought it was the scheme that was the problem, but it has become evident the problem was personnel. Hopefully this offeseason the team gets the right personnel to build the defense so they can compete defensively with the likes of the Bears.

I agree.

Playing the cover 2 without 5 rookies in the lineup should help next year too

And so would adding the Bear's Tampa 2 experienced DT Scott and LB Briggs...

Philosophy of how you run the D is still part of the equation...It isn't all about personnel.

That's true, but in our case, it more had to do with personnel. The personnel on the field was not good enough to stuff the run.

We need to get guys that are better than people named Tim Anderson playing on the D-line.

The Colts front four was simply just amazing to watch. Brady was falling over and throwing the ball to the ground before anybody even got close to him! That's how you generate pressure with just four guys.

Who's this person you speak of?

Both defenses did exactly what they needed to do. The key is to not get out of place for any plays or you'll get burned. For the most part, both teams avoided that. I noticed that when the Bills did that, they look very good defensively. You gotta stay in your gaps and everything will be good. :D

And get rid of guys like Tim Anderson.
