I am sure we "can" if we wanted to but it would be very bad for our business. Marv promised the guy we wouldn't tag him this year and he has to stick to that. If he doesn't, no one is going to take his word for anything anymore.
And if you ask me, a verbal agreement is as good as a written one. Most people who value integrity would agree.
