14:17 PT: Len Pasquarelli, of ESPN.com, reports the Buffalo Bills have re-signed free agent WR Charles Johnson to a one-year deal worth $655,000. He will only count $450,000 against the cap in 2003.

Johnson will be just as useless this year as he was last, but the way the WR FA market is going right now, TD did the right thing.

He's actually not that bad. he's a veteran leader who has some ability, he might be the 3rd WR if we cant find ir draft anyone better.

We wanted to re-sign him anyways, its not a big deal. I wouldn't look into it (yes, re-sign for the anal nerd of the world)

Nope... That's from 2002... Neither of those WR's are currently on the Bills Roster
