How do we make Takeo a contract Cincy won't match

I want this guy here even worse after seeing him today.
How do we make a contract Cincy won't match without killing ourselves?
Do you think there are any phone calls going on with Cincy saying , listen, we're going to do such and such, are you going to match, maybe we can give you Eddie Robinson (jk) if you back off. etc.
Does Takeo make a phone call to Cincy and say hey Listen, I don't want to come back, I want to be here.

Right now, all we can do is that TD isn't wastig this time...

I honestly think that if TD thought the Bengals would match what he is putting together, he wouldn't be bothering.

So, for us fans, all we can do is trust TD.

Since contract talks with Takeo's agent and Cincy have ceased, the Bills just may very well be doing the "dirty work" for Cincy. I think that the Bengals won't match, but it certainly won't be very difficult to do just that. One plus for usis that Cincy is really looking to sign John Thorton and they have even brought in Mike Peterson. I think that they are preparing to cushion their loss. I hope
