All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

They are reporting on news stations around here that Steve McNair is likely to become the QB for the open Pro Bowl spot. If this is true, it's BS. I really don't think JP necessarily belong sin the ProBowl, but there a several QBs (including JP imo) that should be there before McNair. I'd probably put Pennington, Vince Young, or JP in the game before McNair.
With Brady golfing, and other ProBowlers opting not to play "due to injury" who do you guys think should be the next in line to represent the AFC?
McNair had a good season and is certainly more popular than JP. I think he is a good backup choice.
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
Losman's a better QB than McNair, Pennington and Young (great runner, poor thrower).
When JP wins MVP and plays in a super bowl Ill believe that.

He has 300 yards more than JP in passing. The difference in their QB ratings is not as significant as the difference in their passing yardage. That's how I figured.
My (objective) order for these guys to go to the PB, as much as I'd like it to be JP, would be:
1.C. Pennington
2.JP Losman
3. Young (Passing was so-so, but made huge plays when it counted - w/legs and arm)
4. S. McNair

You have got to be kidding me? 300 friggin yards? My God....put the man in the HOF already!
300 yards difference over 16 games? Give me a break.

First off, Vince Young's passing numbers are down right horrible. Second, Chad Pennington finished with better numbers and a winning season.
Pennington or McNair would be the right choice, based partially on numbers and even more because of WINNING.
Im down with the whole JP is on the rise thing going on here, I agree with it.. but he was FAR from deserving of a Pro Bowl birth.
Pennington, McNair and especially Vince Young should be there before him, and I think even JP would tell you that..
Next year maybe its another story.
BTW, how much crow should some of the ******s eat who said Vince Young would be a bust, another micheal vick,, blahblahblah.. I even remember one tarded up "frost" fellow poster on here saying he'd stop being a Bills fan if we drafted him and that he was the most overated QB to come out in his lifetime.
