Woo hoo!

Should have been in last year, but we'll take this!

(Here is hoping crackhead Irvin did not make it)

He did apparently

The crackhead did make it....

So did Wehrle, Sanders, Matthews, and Hickerson.

So Andre or Monk, both of whom deserve it more than Irvin.

Irvin making it is complete BS.

Still no Kuech

Kuech is one of my favorite Dolphins.

He deserves to be there.

Looks like the NFL network is going to make Irvin the best of the class. They are making me sick. The one guy on there saying what a great woman (throwing the word great around again) he is married to sticking by his side throughout his career and such. Also sticking by his side through the drugs, prostitutes, etc.

WTG Thurmo. Reed got cut on first round of final cuts. Hopefully he will make it next year.

Irvins stats are right on par with Andres and he won 3 rings man. That is huge unfortunatly

Pumped for thurman.

Everything that happened today was totally expected.. I knew Irvin would make it over Reed, that's what three super bowl rings, not to mention getting your career cut short does.-- this was a overall weak class.

Thurman's election is well deserved. Irvin over both Monk and Reed is a joke.

I guess, based on the loud mouth punk factor that seems to be so popular with the voters, that when they're both retired, TO will make it before Harrison.

I would take a young Thurman on my team over any other RB in this league to even over LT

If you read this Thurm, congrats and I wish you all the best. You showed alot of class by recognizing the value of your induction to the fans of Buffalo and I truly wish I could wave a wand and give you an SB victory.

I am just shocked that Irvin got in before ART Monk. Wasn't he the all-time leader in a couple of categories when he retired? WTF? That's gay. And I am pissed that Andre Reed got snubbed in favor of crackhead! What a bunch of bullshizer.

Great post! The fact that Art Monk is still not in and neither is Andre Reed, yet the crackhead piece of ****, Michael Irvin got in is ****ing horrible. How the hell did that piece of **** get in over two guys that had much better stats and better careers? And aren't crackheads? :puke:

Irvins stats are right on par with Andres
Except for Andre's pesky 201 more career receptions, 22 more touchdowns, 1294 more receiving yards and 2 more Pro Bowls, they're virtually even. Oh, yeah, Irvin did have a huge lead in arrests.

It is a complete and utter travesty to enshrine Michael Irvin before Andre Reed.

is there like an eligibility cut off for the Pro Football HOF like baseball - where after 15 years of eligibility if you don't make it, you never get in because you're no longer eligible???

Dr. Lecter
02-04-2007, 12:14 PM
After 25 years, you go to the veterans committee (similar to baseball as well)

maybe that can be a plus and they'll make him the last one inducted...so then we can leave the ceremonies before he gets his turn....it's what I wound up doing in 99...Lawrence Taylor was the last inducted and I left when his son was introducing him

It's obvious that crackheada who do nothing but talk crap all the time, get inducted. The good guys who did it right get screwed. I blame the media for building up players like Irvin and T.O. **** everyone of them!

Irvin got in because he is in the media. He made comments last year about some of those who did not vote for him unwelcome on game show.
