That sure sounds like what he'd do if the Bungles are dumb enough to try and match our offer to Spikes:

"Asked whether he would have any qualms about returning to Cincinnati should the usually frugal Bengals match a Buffalo offer, Spikes, tired of all the losing, said, “I think change is good and I think from my point right now, change would be more than welcome."

I'm sure they don't want that kind of distraction on their hands. Be smart and just let him come to us.

That's quite an assumption Miyagi. He might possibly do that, but he has never said he would. This wreaks of sensationalism in journalism :)

I didn't interpret that he would sit out...I guess this is how rumors get started

Unfortunately, if he signs an offer sheet and it's matched by Cincy......he's not allowed to sit out :(

Hey I'm really just trying to get a reaction out of you. And if I were him I'd sit out too. And YES I could sit out if I wanted to.
