There's nobody considered to have superstar athleticism, but there are a number of big solid guys with good hands, including Greg Olsen, Zack Miller and Matt Spaeth.

The guy who sounds to me like he has the most upside is Scott Chandler out of Iowa, but he also sounds like he's a lot less NFL ready than the guys at the top of the chart.

olsen reminds me of shockey when he wants to, but is inconsistent.

That whole team was inconsistent this year

Dont ever associate the words "Bills" and "good tight end" in the same sentence again!

Zach Miller is by far the best TE talent and a Round 1 selection.

Think Dallas Clark, with more size and speed. He could be a real good one.

Absolutley, hes very much in the mold of Todd Heap who ironically i believe also went to ASU didnt he?

Id rather see us draft him then a WR.

Draftboy and I have a small difference of opinion there lol.

Zack Miller is the only round 1 TE in the draft.

and he's not Todd Heap.

He's a far better blocker then Heap was coming out of college.

His hands, however, are not as good as Heap's coming out of college... he's not as good a rout runner either.

He reminds me more of Daniel Graham then he does Todd Heap

I would rather have Olsen--- hes more of a playmaker

I don't think we need a tight end.

Zach has great hands and runs very good routes. He is also a terrorizing blocker. Miller has great mental and physical toughness. "The Truth" as he is known by his teammates rarely ever drops a ball and is a reliable and very large target for quarterback Rudy Carpenter.

This is from a popular draft site i follow. Admittedly i only saw him in 2-3 games, however the games I saw it always seemed as though he was a pretty good option.

I of course trust your analysis, i guess I just had a diff perspective.

greg olsen and zack miller are the only really good ones, Olsen looks really good as a TEyour forgetting Ben Patrick from Deleware who is a huge sleeper along with Scott Chandler and Joe Newton who are decent prospects

I like Olsen and think he could be available at our pick in the 2nd. Not exceptional in any one area but when he's on his game he could be on fire and would be a huge upgrade over Everett. Only problem is his agent - Rosenhaus

I forget to sign your rep comment, :sorry:

Some times, it could be very shameful.

Here is a good late round guy;

TE Rodney Hannah 6'8 245lbs, Houston
Hannah could potentially become the next Antonio Gates. Aside from incredible size, he runs the 40 at 4.55 speed. He played basketball for Houston his freshman, sophmore, and junior year. So he lacks alot of experience, but has the potential to be a dominant TE's with the right coaching.
Projected: UDFA

EXTREMELY RAW but has the size, speed, and intangibles to be scary one day.
