As far as the trade we get First round pick. They kissed Tim McGee A$$ for like 10 min.

First off they apologized for the start delay. They explained it as having to dot some i's and cross some T's before going public.

They announced PP and his fiance along with there daughter.

They then declared PP there #1 draft pick for 2003.

No details are given onthe contract yet although they called it very agressive and very fair to both partys.

The deal started 2 days before FA started. Tom Donahoe contacted the Falcons. They describe TD as very professional and very good to work with. They said they deal went smoothly.

They showed a video of what they expect the next season to be with Price and Vick.

As soon as it finishes PP will speak.

Wanted to go to a place where he was wanted and the oportunity to be the #1 reciever.

Did not want to go anywhere else because of how he was treated by the Falcons organization on his visit.

Also they said earlier that Wade Phillips was a big help in getting this deal done. Because of his having been with PP.

He is done.

He gave a good deal of credit to Drew Bledsoe for instilling in him the confidence that he did last year.

He mentioned a line from Drew that "I don't have a #1 reciever, I have 2 #1's". He said this helped him greatly :)

Also for anyone interested, The video the Falcons were showing at the Press conference will be available for viewing on the Falcons website later this afternoon.
