Davis is a better fit at guard and edwards will likely go to minny,pats,saints or something like that.

hey if davis will sign for cheap who knows, he may be worth it. buuuuut then again he could be jus another bust tackle like aaron gibson, big mike willams.... or the dreaded mike gandy.... who here wants another mike gandy on the line?!?!?!?!?!?

Gandy was not a bust.

He was a college guard, asked to help out and play tackle. As the money is/was better there he stuck at it, aided by coaches not bright enough to tell he was a guard.

Moving back to his natura/proper position was highlighted in the better play of the OL in the second half of the season. I think at LG Gandy is one of the better options available to us in 2007 - RG is where we need to upgrade

Davis sucks.. and Edwards is a good player, but would be a stop gap, kinda like Eugene Robinson once was for us.
