Looks like a guy who attacks the ball carrier instead of waiting for the person to come to him.

I love the way he wraps up and finishes hits. There were some great old-skool form tackles in that highlight reels.

If the Bills want him, I think he's definitely on the board at 12...I wouldnt mess around trading down though.

The more you hear Marv and other coaches and stuff, the more likely this pick seems.. It's really hard to complain about it too. Who wouldn't want a player that could anchor a defense like a Urlacher, lewis or Vilma.. ?

I dont think that helps the team improve next year however. AS good as willis may be... as a rookie, its a downgrade from Fletcher.. However, over the long term this kid could be a Pro Bowler..

and he has a cool first name ;)

If he really does project to be THAT GOOD of a Pro.. then **** Cato June at LB, and spend some god Damn money on getting a REAL GUARD to better this wack ass, mediocre offensive line..

A high level guard, and a mid level CB is rapidly becoming a successful offseason for this team right now.

How did you make that switch in two consecutive posts?

Indeed, hes a hitter. Very rarely does he miss a tackle, and hes a very quick "sideline-to-sideline" type player.

Now even with all his intangibles its important to note that like this year with us and Lewis in Baltimore before last year without much of a line hes still not going to be able to utilize a lot of his skills without capable bodies in front of him.

Yet ANOTHER rookie defensive starter to replace a valuable departed veteran.. Great news!

At this rate, Angelo Crowell is going to seem OLD compared to the rest of the defense.

PS- Do you like my ICE bi-polar'isms?

patrick willis is the ****. if we draft him i don't see it as that much more a of a step back than having crowell come in and play MLB. personally drafting him at 12 is our best shot at filling the MLB vacancy and its also the best draft pick for the team.

I have seen a ton of boards where he's in the second round. Why?
