I don't think a Jewish general manager would jump at the chance to sign an anti-Semite, either.

Hes my top FA CB target to be honest. Not because hes a top talent but because he plays our scheme and can be had for second tier money. He was good as a Panther and has been good as a Bear.

        I really like him.

Manning was signed by the Bears as a restricted free agent this spring, as the Carolina Panthers declined to match a five-year contract that could be worth up to $21 million. A third-round choice in the 2003 draft, the former UCLA star has 30 tackles and three passes defensed and re-established himself as one of the premier nickel cornerbacks in the league.
Damn i was on the money!

Hes had a few off-field issues, including a 1 game suspension for assualt this past season.

Safe to say he will not be a Buffalo Bill.
