It was kinda like a joke, so in honor of your talented team I took Ricky. He is a all-time drug addict.

Marv also took his team to the show 4 years in a row and they we're good for years before that as well.

The 60', 70's, don't mean Sheet to me nor can many folks remember that time.

Shula went to three SB's in a row, and won 2 of them back to back with a perfect season included, he also lead the Colts to a SB, but you'd rather have a coach who couldn't win a SB and doesn't come close to Shula in career wins?? K...... like I said, you don't get the concept of this thread. I respect Marv and his ability to coach, but he doesn't even come close to what Shula accomplished in the NFL.

The fact that everyone here would take Thurman over Martin is telling enough.

There are literally 5-6 RB's off the top my head that could easily be here.

And you could likely make a case for anyone of them. I changed mine 3 times before keeping Thurman. I originally went with OJ, then Eric Dickerson, then to Thomas.

I just felt him to be the best all around threat. Ill gladly admit im a little partial. FTP or Bling or other fin fans could likely name a ton of Fin players that could fit.

Everyone has an opinion.

RB was tough...Martin, Dickerson, etc could be there with little argument. I had thought of Coates at TE also, but gave the edge to Mackey. Maynard, also, but I couldn't remember him playing after the merger.

A lot of quality guards over the years in this division, not so with tackles on either side of the line, which I found interesting.

I hated choosing between DS and BB, but had to . If we had one just one of the four, I may have homered-up and taken Levy.

I changed a few of mine. RB/WR you could make a case for quite a few players. QB Its really down to Unitas/Marino/Brady imo.

As for OL I had to throw Richmond Webb in there, that guy was a beast.

I don't know how anyone can leave off Jason Taylor at DE. I think he and Bruce Smith would be a pretty formidable duo.

And let's not foget about Brian Cox! He was "loved" in Buffalo!

Thurman was a better all around back.

Booker Moore is the best RB in the history of this division, and nobody could run a flag or quick slant quite like Perry Tuttle. Defensively, nobody brought the noise like safety Bill Simpson, and if Erik Flowers got a lane to the quarterback, he was done for.

Very very good list.. But there is no way that Kent Hull would get the nod at center over Dwight Stephenson. His is a HOF center for the Fins, and one of the game's best ever interior linemen.

Id also have Andre Tippett at LB over Hendricks, and possibly Bruce Armstrong over little at tackle.

Makes for good discussion anyway

---------------------------

Mostly just switching positions because I had a couple backwards, but I had thought of Maynard and couldn't remember if he played past the merger or not. Moving Hendricks to OLB allowed me to put in Jason Taylor, although in all honesty I wouldn't put him in the same category as Smith, and have this gnawing feeling there has to be another DE in the last 35 years to replace him on the list (Gastinuea is the only other one I can think of, but he was such a dick).

Clayborn and Anderson I'll keep, just in their proper positions, though Law would fit in just as well at corner.

I like my offensive line...Hill and Wolford as the bookends, Hannah and Little inside (Larry was a guard), and Stephenson in the middle. Bruce Armstrong is a good point though, and I could see replacing Wolford with him.
