Hurricanes acquire Anson Carter

The Carolina Hurricanes have acquired the 32-year-old winger from the Columbus Blue Jackets in exchange for a fifth round draft pick in 2008.

Well no way we could have done that deal. Carter is making a decent amount and we are up on the cap.

Carter is garbage anyway. Only time he scored was when both Sedins were playmakers and fed him.

Now he is gone and the Sedins are developing, one into a playmaker and the other into a scorer.

Darcy shouldn't make a move unless Drury is out for a while. Don't **** on the future. There arn't any appetizing deals as far as I know.
