I wouldn't mind seeing them trade him for an extra 3rd.

does this mean that we go with A-Train,get a veteran for the minimum, and groom a RB that we draft THIS year?are we looking at m.lynch at #12?

If Chicago is expecting a second rounder or higher or Jones, we should be able to get something similar for McGahee.

I'm all for trading him. It's not so much that I care what he does off the field like impregnating differeing women, etc because that's his business, but I do care he runs his mouth saying he's the best back in the league and he can't back it up by only playing his best ball in the meadowlands. It's the same OS with Willis. I'd be happier drafting a rb this year and signing a stopgap rb until the rookie rb is ready to take over, period. I really think if a trade does happen he'll end up with either the G-men or the dawg pound. The browns want adrian peterson and brady quinn, but they can only have one. They can get Willis and get their qb allowing a veteran back to take pressure off the rookie qb. I'm sure Willis would like to reunite with his buddies KW2 and Ken Dorsey.

We can just get a rookie and let him be the full time starter right away... look at all the rookie backs who made immediate impact for their teams.

That depends. Will a rookie rb be ready to carry the whole load themselves? I like what the saints and patriots did with their backs. They split carries with veteran backs without getting the pressure of carrying the running game. They did the same with Steven Jackson in St. Louis.

I think he does, but Im not as enamored with him as others, Id prefer some Day 2 guys like Eldra Buckley or Ramonce Taylor.

Also one Round 3 guy I think is Kenny Irons from Auburn, hard runner, between the tackles type of guy.

Trading Willis to either The Browns or the Texans would be the best plan. That way we might cause Peterson to drop to us. And worst case, Lynch.
