Johnnie Lee Higgins (http://www.footballsfuture.com/2007/prospects/johnnie_lee_higgins.html) (UTEP) suggested that he wanted to run his 40 in the 4.1 range, a total that would certainly drop some jaws. He’s apparently run a 4.18 in the past.
