Don't you get it, Darcy said that teams will be overpaying for players. The more I see these types of trades going down the more I see the Sabres are not going to trade like I've been saying all along. Darcy isn't stupid enough to give up the future like some of these teams are doing.

And yes, I will believe Darcy to be very stupid if he does nothing at the deadline. If he sits still at the deadline and this team does not win the Cup, he will get more heat than he has ever felt before.

And if he does make a move and it doesn't help and we get knocked out of the playoffs... everybody will criticize him for that too. It's a no win situation.

Not true. If he tries to go for the cup, nobody will criticize him...that I can almost guarantee. However, if he sits back and does nothing and the Sabres get knocked out of the playoffs, the heat will be on him big time.
