I agree, but I think it's highly possible they finish second in the East even if they do make a trade or two.

Other teams do not have the depth that Buffalo has. If Buffalo gets healthy and doesn't repeat last year's injury bug in the playoffs I do not think they "have" to make a trade to win 1st in the conference or win the cup. I think a trade will definitely help them but I think getting healthy is more important than making a trade to become successful in the post-season.
