Kelsay 6th Ranked DE

Though this doesn't include Restricted FA's, Kelsay was the 6th ranked available DE.

1, 2, 3, and 5 were all Franchised. I think Kelsay is looked at as a young and up incoming DE around the league.

May have over payed some, but didn't guarantee a ton of money and got a player who works hard, is getting better and fits in with team chemistry.

I'm ok with the Kelsay signing. It really means a lot to me when players genuinely want to be in Buffalo. That is a huge selling point. I really like his attitude and what type of player he is.

I know Kerney has had some injury problems. KGB is slowing down and Dwayne White seems to be a very similar player to Kelsay.

We'll see.
