So far, Miller has about 5 saves, Lydman has 1 and Tallinder has 1! We're not going to fair well playing short handed all night. Trying to kill penalties with a short bench is not the best of ideas.

This is why I wanted to keep Biron... we already have depth at forward once we get healthy. Oh well, I hope Miller can fit this whole team on his back and stay healthy doing it.

Maybe these "AHL" guys we brought are only "AHL" guys because they are on the farm club for the Sabres. Any other team, they would have been up all season in the NHL.

Miller played very well and they were fortuitous to have some pucks bounce off Sabres defensemen. Had they scored a couple early this game might have had a completely different outcome. Glad Miller weathered the storm until we got our goals.

We got lucky but we deserved that win even aside from Miller. Besides their 5 minute spout of "hard work" in the 2nd, the leafs were garbage.
