Im really starting to by into the "system"

All these young players just stepping in without any issue. Is ruff that good of a coach? I have never seen anything like this team. This is unreal, now the young players are stepping up and looking like leaders. A new Hero every night. Im starting to think that we could move on without Drury or Briere without missing the beat. To think at one time i wanted Lindy gone.

It is just remarkable how well these rookies are playing, they look like NHL vets at some points.. I'm BUYing into this system as well

it says alot about darcy, lindy and our scouting department. cunneyworth is a damn good coach too. soooooo all in all, good job front office.

This team is a borderline playoff team without Drury and Briere...........one must be resigned

Having a roster half-filled with Amerks is looking like a positive at the moment. The young guys are playing hard because they want to prove they can play at this level, at the time of the season where vets may not go all out every night because of the toll of the long season and wanting to save a little for the playoffs.

The Sabres are that one team that can plug in anybody at anytime, and still remain dangerous. I love it.

Both systems in Rochester and Buffalo are very similar so it is a little more seamless transition for the young players.

its definitely surreal

they are basically half an ahl team. yet they take a very good and very hot division rival to the brink and lose on a fluke goal. they take on a team desperate for pts and cream them

its the stuff sports fan fantasies are made of, not real life

I totally agree. The last thing a tired team like Toronto wanted to see last night was a bunch of inspired and motivated rooks with a lot of jump in their legs.

The important thing here, is that this is a true TEAM. These guys will lay it all on the line for eachother.
