Not quite in Champ Bailey's class as a player yet, but as the top overall unrestricted veteran this spring, and playing a premium position at only age 27, Clements might get into his tax bracket. Possible landing spot: Cleveland, Tennessee.

7. LB L. Fletcher-Baker • Scouting report

At age 31, no youngster, but is still a high-energy tackling machine who will make the plays that need to be made between the tackles and add a ton of veteran leadership as well. Possible landing spot: Washington.

17. WR Drew Bennett • Scouting report

Only two years removed from a 2004 season in which he posted 80 catches, 1,247 yards and 11 touchdowns, but has suffered through some injuries. Long, angular guy with deceptive deep speed and motivation to prove he's healthy again. Possible landing spot: Tennessee.
