    Im starting to think cash to cap means only that we limit whats guaranteed, not that we wont spend.

          Wow Steinbachs deal was 49.5 mil with 17 guaranteed.

          Basically the Bills could have signed any of the big 3 at OG.

                Youre right it is, but this year thats what you can expect. Steinbach jut got an almost identical deal and id suspect Dielman will as well.
