The Nashville Tennessean reports that the Titans will cut running back Travis Henry on Saturday (http://tennessean.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20070302/SPORTS01/70302072/1027&GID=332+ZizHgsrytQViTqwFUtklAuNXY9HFsZB8vEKDnFo=), in order to avoid a roster bonus of $8.3 million that comes due on Monday.

I would take him back in a second......alwayd said that trading him would be a mistake. Henry and a middle round draft pick would be a perfect fit behind this beefy new o line.

Remember, we gave him away in his prime and they signed big money for him, the Bills made out pretty good.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....

Hmmmmmm.

Tough to say.

If his fumbles have been fixed, yes.

If hes lost a step in the past few years, no.

Hes a tackle breaker, not a speedster.

Ugghhh, I wouldnt mind it, but I would put all my eggs in that basket either, Id still like a youngster.

Im feeling more like Willis may stay put

Travis is one former Bill, hell, the only former Bill that I would take back in a second! If the price is right that is. I've always said that he was better than Mr. No Heart back there.

I always loved Travis. That dude played with a friggin broken leg for almost a year, and gave his heart and soul to this team.

Willis just decides when HE wants to play, and talks smack about Buffalo, but bangs every chick he can find and has kids with them.

Yeah. We really made out on that deal. :cynic:

On behalf of Buffalo and all their fans, I am truly sorry, Travis, for the way you were treated and swept out of Buffalo. :sorry:

I have to agree. I must be honest, I want a star RB, and I didnt see that out of Henry. But I dont see it from McGahee either, and of the two, I liked Henry better.

Henry NEVER hurt this team off the field or with his mouth, and definetly gave his all on every play, thats sounds great right about now.

After Week 4, Henry averaged 94 yards a game, leading the Titans to 8-4 in that span. If that's not a star, I don't know what is.

I don't give a crap about Madden comments like "star RB"; I want to win, and Henry can help us do that as much as anyone.

Like I said before, I'd give him a 2 year deal that give both parties the option to opt out of the 2nd year.

Travis Henry is the anti-McGahee.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....

The Answer would take Henry back in a heartbeat - he always has been, and always will be a better back than McGahee. This was another mess on a long list that Donablow created - should have never drafted McGahee in 2003 when there were far more glaring needs at the time.

TH just needs to stay away from 14 year old girls this time and things should be fine.

he'll need to be paid too much for being done wrong...he would never come back

its like if you change jobs....then your previous employer says come back ....
it'll take alot....

I would re-sign him but we would never hear the end of it. We signed Henry, signed Willis, got rid of Henry, kept Willis, signed Henry, got rid of Willis.

Than after all of that he gets caught with another 16 year old, fails his drug test, and we have no running back. Sorry but I'll pass.
