just a brief check in- I should be back to my regular posting tomorrow morning.

I really like the Dockery signing. Being in Redskins country, I can tell you that people here hold him in high regard. I don't know much about the other two guys and, without internet, I haven't been able to find any info about it. But at the very least, I like the fact that the FO is making a better effort at fixing the OL than they are at fixing the DL.

As far as losing Clements and Fletcher- SF can have Clements for that much money. He's overrated and we play a D system that supposedly doesn't require top flight corners. If we can get someone with a little experience to replace him and improve the pass rush, we'll be fine. Fletcher's leadership will be missed, but we really need someone younger who can drop deep and support the run from the MLB slot in the Tampa 2. We'll be fine if we find a FA or draft a replacement.
