    Dennis Northcutt to Jags

The Jaguars have reportedly signed WR Dennis Northcutt to a five-year contract worth roughly $3.4 million-per-year. He got $4.5 million to sign.
Jacksonville wanted a smallish speedster to stretch the field between Matt Jones and Reggie Williams, and apparently believes the drop-prone Northcutt is the answer. He should take some pressure off Maurice Jones-Drew on returns but could cut into Ernest Wilford's playing time.

As a Browns fan, I'm somewhat disappointed that the team had no interest in keeping him. He's definitely a burner and an explosive punt returner.

He does have his problems though, smallish, injury prone and suspect hands in the passing game.

For the price it's a good signing for the Jags.
